The Sandlot cast is reuniting. This time, you can catch them on your television screens.
The original cast will now have kids of their own. The writer and director of The Sandlot, David Mickey Evans, sold the pitch to a streaming network that has still remained a secret.
Wondering which characters you’ll be seeing as parents now?
It has been confirmed that Benjamin “Benny” Franklin Rodriguez (Mike Vitar), Hamilton “Ham” Porter (Patrick Renna), Timmy Timmons (Victor DiMattia), Michael “Squints” Palledorous (Chauncey Leopardi), Tommy “Repeat” Timmons (Shane Obedzinski), Alan “Yeah-Yeah” McClennan (Marty York), Bertram Grover Weeks (Grant Gelt), and Kenny DeNunez (Brandon Quintin Adams) will be returning.
It’s been over 25 years since the film premiered. As of now, there haven’t been too many details on what the plot will be about. All we know is that it will take place in the 1980’s. Either way, we are definitely looking forward to seeing the whole crew back together!
