For the first time in eight years The Rolling Stones have added a new song to their discography!
The new tune is called “Living In A Ghost Town” and it was written by frontman Mick Jagger and guitarist Keith Richards in LA and London. The two got together to work on the song over a year ago; a track that was meant to be featured in an upcoming album of theirs. But, life changed and everything was put on hold which led to the band’s decision of finishing up the song while in isolation to release it to the world.
The British band decided to release the song at an earlier date because it “would resonate through the times that we’re living in right now.”
The new music isn’t stopping any time soon. The Rolling Stones are working on new material while quarantine and said they have about five or six tracks ready. The band was going on tour this year, but it has now been postponed due to the pandemic.
