La La Land star Emma Stone bought a 1.24 acre mansion in Austin, Texas in May 2021. The 1940 home is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house located in west Austin.
According to KXAN, “The Austin Board of Realtors reported in January that more homes were sold in 2021 in the Austin-Round Rock area than ever before, for more than $23 billion in sales. The median home price was $450,000, up 31% from the year before.”
Dirt reports that the actresses new real estate property could possibly be her most expensive property yet, within the $7-$8 million range, possibly more.
There is limited information on the Austin property, but on the premises there is an oversized swimming pool, formal gardens, vast lawns shaded by a forest-like canopy of trees and a detached garage.
Stone isn’t the only celebrity buying real estate in Austin, other big names who have properties around town include Matthew McCaughey, Sandra Bullock, Joe Rogan, Elijah Wood, and jewelry billionaire Kendra Scott.
The Cruella star also owns a retreat in Malibu, an apartment in NYC and a house in LA.
