The Cure announce their 2023 tour and maybe a new album on the horizon?
They’ll be supported on all dates by their longtime tourmates The Twilight Sad. Last year, the band reissued 1992’s ‘Wish’ with a 30 year anniversary version, but recent years has had Robert Smith teasing a new Cure album.
The band’s last original studio album was 2008’s 4:13 Dream, but after being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2019, Smith teased a new album.
“If I’m optimistic it will be finished before the start of this summer.” – Smith
No album yet.
