Guitarist Mike McCready spoke out about the process behind the new album stating, “It was emotionally dark and confusing at times, but also an exciting and experimental road map to musical redemption. Collaborating with my bandmates on Gigaton ultimately gave me greater love, awareness and knowledge of the need for human connection in these times.”
You can expect a new single from the band soon, as they plan on releasing a track called “Dance of the Clairvoyants” “in the coming weeks.” Their North American tour kicks off in the spring, making their way to Canada first and then a few shows in the U.S., including California, Arizona and Oklahoma. Details on tour dates and tickets can be found on Pearl Jam’s webpage.
